Sometimes, it aches.

For no reason whatsoever. No warning, no notice.

Suddenly, a rush of sadness blanketed you, and it starts to aches.

You panic, you see your surrounding.

You find it hard to breath, and you're just about ready to crouch and cry.

Take a deep breath, love.

Take a deep deep breath. Compose yourself.

Find a thing or two to distract your mind.

Sit down, drink something. Calm yourself.

Then go on and try to continue with your activities and get shit done.

Then go home and cry.

Because sometimes, there's no escaping it. Sometimes you just need to succumb to it and let it wash over you.

It'll be over and it will stop to ache.
